Melanie envisioned offering a unique and luxurious dining experience along with Caribbean style accommodations. The result was an all encompassing bar, restaurant, bed & breakfast with an atmosphere completely unique from anywhere else in Central New York!

Charlotte's Creekside Inn was originally built in 1813 by Sydney Breese a New York State Assemblyman. He and his family lived here for many years. Their nephew, Samuel Morse, the inventor of the telegraph summered here. The house is located on a picturesque, wooded 3 acre parcel. Sconondoa Creek runs through the back yard. There is a large botanical garden on the property that has been cleared and manicured bringing it back to its original beauty. Charlotte's Creekside Inn was born in memory of Charlotte, Melanie's beloved mother.

The Sconondoa Room Is Always Bright In Yellow Glow. Sunny, bright and airy, The Sconondoa Room is as bright as the Summer sun every day of the year. The Sconodoa Room also features a fireplace and a view overlooking Sconondoa Creek. A beautiful botanical garden decorates the backyard Spring through Fall. This room is accented in deep red color, with classic, more traditional place settings. The Red Room is warm and inviting every day of the year. Our Garden Room is warm & cozy and the perfect hideaway for a more intimate setting. The sun reaches into The Garden Room to highlight all of its charm. This room is also private enough to hide away from the cares of the world outside. It's also the perfect setting for a quaint lunch meeting. Our middle dining area is perfect for a larger party who want to be in the center of it all. This dining area is located in the center of our restaurant and is perfect for a larger party who wants to be in the middle of all the action.

Charlotte's bar & patio come alive at night. This bar is definitely top shelf when it comes to style. This is the perfect place to hang with friends & forget about the work day that you left behind. Enjoy the privacy of our upper bar level or hang out on our backyard patio.

Charlotte's very own Joey Fiato entertains the crowd. Joey has been singing professionally for over 23 years & has entertained thousands of people throughout his career. Joey's smooth sound & versatility make him a asset as a performer. It's also not unusual to see an occassional celebrity at Charlotte's. They've been known to reserve tables for celebrities visiting or performing at the Turning Stone Casino, which is just 2 miles down the road.
